**About the role
The purpose of this role is to contribute to the effective development, coordination and delivery of a professional Emergency and Resilience Management Services throughout West Moreton Health (WMH), through the delivery of a contemporary fire and emergency management programs.
About you
Demonstrated ability to manage fire systems and emergency management principles within a multidisciplinary environment.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise, organise and coordinate work activities and liaise with clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels of a large and diverse organisation
High level of interpersonal and communication skills across a range of disciplines.
Demonstrated and proven performance in leading the implementation of quality improvement practices and organisational change.
Ability to deliver fire safety and emergency and resilience management training to a broad range of stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements:
Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
