Job Description

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Data Automation Specialist. In this role, you will work directly with clients to design and deliver automation solutions that drive business growth and increase productivity.

As a Data Automation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to run discovery sessions with business owners to identify areas where automation can bring the greatest value. You'll then translate these findings into actionable plans that deliver measurable ROI.

You will also support sales by providing expert guidance on use cases and solution designs, ensuring clients understand the potential benefits of automation. Additionally, you'll be responsible for delivering training sessions and guides to ensure clients successfully implement and utilize their new automation systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process automation, CRM implementation, or marketing/ops consulting
  • Familiarity with AI/automation platforms, CRM/job management systems, APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
