Direct message the job poster from Vision SuperWe are seeking expressions of interest for Customer Experience Consultant within our Contact Centre based either in Melbourne or Sydney on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.About the RoleThe Customer Experience Consultant is responsible for providing information and general superannuation advice to members, employers and financial planners via telephone, email, web chat and face-to-face meetings, efficiently and accurately.Key Responsibilities Answer enquiries from Fund members/employers promptly, politely and consistently across the team.
Access system data as necessary to assist and provide general advice on Vision Super's products and servicesArrange and conduct general superannuation advice interviews for members and their partnersParticipate in outbound calling and targeted member marketing campaigns including welcoming new members to the fund and identifying opportunities for members to make the most of their superannuation entitlementsHave a clear and up-to-date understanding of the superannuation industry and Vision Super's products, performance and investment resultsAssist with any other projects and initiatives as requestedWe are looking for a team member who:1 - 3 years' experience in an inbound calling role in the financial services sectorAbility to communicate complex issues clearly, both orally and in writing, respecting confidentiality alwaysExcellent telephone manner and interpersonal skillsSound administrative skillsGood keyboard, general computer and numeracy skillsThe ability to adapt to a range of situations and take on different tasks as requiredSuper Foundations (ASFA) or equivalent or willingness to complete thisRG146 Superannuation willingness to complete thisOther relevant tertiary qualifications highly regardedWhy Apply?
