**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
Manage the supply of products & services across the Johns Lyng Regional NSW business
Devise & use fruitful procurement & sourcing strategies to maintain business growth
Discover suppliers & initiate business & organisational partnerships
Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
Approve the ordering of good & services
Finalise purchase details of orders & deliveries
Examine & test existing contracts
Track & report key functional metrics to reduce expenses & improve effectiveness
Collaborate with management to ensure clarity of specifications & expectations of business goals
Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers & clients
Expect unfavourable events through analysis of data & prepare appropriate control strategies
Perform risk management for supply contracts & agreements
Control spend & help build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs Key Selection Criteria:

Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team.
Procurement / Purchasing background
Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration degree advantageous, however not essential
Excellent negotiating & networking skills
Computer literacy
Experience collating & managing data
Knowledge of sourcing & procurement techniques
Ability to develop strong relationships
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Excellent time management & organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Positive & pro-active attitude
