ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a master of multitasking, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for presentation? We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Member Engagement Manager to oversee our vibrant events team and communications out of the WA office.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Allocate events to and oversee the events team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.
- Serve as the main liaison between the members and the team, ensuring all member needs and expectations are met.
- Foster and build collaboration through the WA office and across the organisation, instilling a culture of change management and continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU
You excel in time management, ensuring projects are efficiently completed on schedule. You have a sharp attention to detail, delivering high-quality results. Your strong oral and written communication skills foster effective teamwork, and your leadership experience inspires and guides the team toward common goals. You will also demonstrate:

- Excellent prioritisation and task allocation abilities
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong work ethic and relationship building skills
- Outstanding presentation skills
