About the Role

Our organization is seeking a dedicated professional to build and maintain strong relationships with our members, plan engaging events, manage data, and support community engagement and water safety education across Western Australia.

This role involves developing annual professional development programs for members, leading communication, recruitment, retention, and support strategies, and overseeing renewals and licensing for Swim Teachers and Trainers.

  • Develop strategic plans for member engagement through various channels, including media, website, social media, e-news, EDMs, and recognition events.
  • Lead collaboration with stakeholders to achieve program outcomes and support Community Trainer and Swim Teacher networks across WA.
  • Supervise team members to ensure high-quality service and support to members.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in program coordination, administration, or membership management, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. They should also be able to engage and support a member network through communication, events, and recognition.

Selection Criteria
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven programs and services.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital systems and tools, preferably including aXcelerate.
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for member engagement and growth.
  • Manage data and reporting to ensure accurate and timely insights.
  • Support community engagement and water safety education initiatives across WA.
