Join Kieser Australia as an Exercise Scientist to educate and supervise clients in strength training for long-term health outcomes.Your RoleKey responsibilities include:Conducting 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clients on the training floorApplying scientific concepts such as biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, and motor control to support clientsProviding evidence-based advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performanceDeveloping and implementing exercise prescriptions and plans for clientsEstablishing, assessing, and reassessing goals for new and long-term clientsGuiding athletes or clients with fitness goals to achieve peak performance and recover from injuryCompleting a range of administrative dutiesConsistently delivering high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standardsAbout YouThe company is looking for:Bachelor's degree in Exercise/Sports Science or related discipline with at least two of the following units completed: Physiology & Anatomy; Biomechanics/Human Movement; Exercise Programming/Prescription, or currently undertaking third year (or subsequent) of Bachelor of PhysiotherapyRelevant placement/practicum learning regarding Exercise PrescriptionValid working rights in AustraliaFirst Aid & CPR CertificationWorking with Children CheckNational Police CheckDesirable: 2+ years relevant work experience, previous private practice experience, and experience with long-term management of client outcomes in a strength training environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: 66,000 AUD – 86,000 AUD per annumComplimentary access to strength and conditioning facility plus concessional fees for family membersComprehensive induction and ongoing professional developmentWellbeing Program1 day of Recharge Leave and a half day of Birthday Leave12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carersUp to AUD1500 annual professional development allowanceLeadership Program for aspiring leadersAn unbeatable team culture, fun working environment, and social eventsTraining & DevelopmentComprehensive induction and ongoing professional developmentLeadership Program for aspiring leadersCareer ProgressionCareer pathways within Kieser AustraliaThis job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possibleReport this job
