Join Kieser Australia as an Exercise Scientist to educate and supervise clients in strength training for long-term health outcomes.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clients on the training floor
  • Applying scientific concepts such as biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, and motor control to support clients
  • Providing evidence-based advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance
  • Developing and implementing exercise prescriptions and plans for clients
  • Establishing, assessing, and reassessing goals for new and long-term clients
  • Guiding athletes or clients with fitness goals to achieve peak performance and recover from injury
  • Completing a range of administrative duties
  • Consistently delivering high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise/Sports Science or related discipline with at least two of the following units completed: Physiology & Anatomy; Biomechanics/Human Movement; Exercise Programming/Prescription, or currently undertaking third year (or subsequent) of Bachelor of Physiotherapy
  • Relevant placement/practicum learning regarding Exercise Prescription
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Desirable: 2+ years relevant work experience, previous private practice experience, and experience with long-term management of client outcomes in a strength training environment
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: 66,000 AUD – 86,000 AUD per annum
