This role will work closely with regional teams to ensure campaigns are tailored to cultural and market-specific needs while maintaining brand consistency.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing communication plans tailored for key Asian markets (e.g., SEA, Greater China, India, Japan, Korea, Taiwan).
Localize global campaigns and content, ensuring cultural relevance and market alignment.Manage digital and traditional marketing channels (e.g., email marketing, social media, PR, events).
Collaborate with product, sales, and country marketing teams to create impactful product messaging.Coordinate media relations, press releases, and influencer engagement.Monitor campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize future campaigns.Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all external communications.Support regional events, webinars, tradeshows, and sponsorships.Liaise with agencies, translators, and vendors for marketing collateral production and distribution.Cross-cultural agility and ability to navigate hierarchical business environments.Strong stakeholder management in matrixed organizations.Align with sales, product, and local teams to ensure message consistency.Execute end-to-end campaigns (product launches, events) with local teams.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.At least 5 years of working experience in marketing communications, preferably in a regional/APAC role.Strong understanding of Asian markets, cultures, and consumer behavior.Experience in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms, social media management).
