Job Title: Regional Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing communications specialist to develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across Asia.

  • Develop and execute marketing communication plans tailored for key Asian markets (e.g., SEA, Greater China, India, Japan, Korea, Taiwan).
  • Localize global campaigns and content, ensuring cultural relevance and market alignment.
  • Manage digital and traditional marketing channels (e.g., email marketing, social media, PR, events).
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and country marketing teams to create impactful product messaging.
  • Coordinate media relations, press releases, and influencer engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize future campaigns.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all external communications.
  • Support regional events, webinars, tradeshows, and sponsorships.
  • Liaise with agencies, translators, and vendors for marketing collateral production and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in marketing communications, preferably in a regional/APAC role.
  • Strong understanding of Asian markets, cultures, and consumer behavior.
  • Experience in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms, social media management).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay; Mandarin is a plus to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Able to work across time zones and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
