We've been undergoing an exciting period of growth and expansion and expanded to Brisbane with a brand-new Fine Dining Restaurant "**TAMA**" opened inside of a Heritage listed building in the centre of Fortitude Valley.

This new contemporary dining venue is going to be led by award winning duo Alan Hunter and Richard Ousby.

Alan Hunter is renowned sommelier and ex-General Manager of OTTO Brisbane who has joined Artesian Hospitality as a Partner and Director of Restaurant Operations. Under Hunter's prior leadership at OTTO the restaurant was awarded Wine List of the Year and Two Hats in the Good Food Guide in 2019.

Richard Ousby is internationally recognised chef who is taking the lead within the new dining venue as Executive Chef. Richard gained experience in England at Michelin 3-star restaurant, Waterside Inn, as well as working under celebrity restaurateur Peter Gilmore as his Sous Chef at Quay Restaurant, Sydney. Richard is well-known on Brisbane's scene as Executive Chef at Stokehouse restaurant, overseeing its Melbourne establishment as well.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a professional **Fine Dining Section Wait Staff** to offer a superior, attentive dining experience for our highly esteemed guests.

This is an excellent opportunity for front of house professionals with a minimum of two years' experience in a fine dining establishment.
- Previous experience working in fine dining or hatted restaurant.
- Ability to provide a unique customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Be passionate about the hospitality industry and putting the guests at the heart of everything you do.
- Extensive food & beverage knowledge.
- Excellent personal presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Providing a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your position.
