Job Description
Executing sales strategy to achieve the budget and unlock new growth opportunities
Engaging with existing and prospective customers to drive product adoption and build trust
Utilising creative methods to identify new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships
Collaborating with the broader team and sales leadership to develop tailored strategies
Providing clinical product support, education, and in-service training within hospitals
Maintaining accurate account records, forecasting, and reporting
Representing the business at conferences and professional events
The Successful Applicant
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience
Resilient, coachable, and agile
Strong communication, territory planning, and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking with creative solution selling
Team player with humility and a collaborative approach
A valid driver's licence.
