**Job Description**:
You will own Remuneration and Benefits driving value through the significant performance levers of pay, benefits and recognition. You are a person who can think outside the box and are familiar with operating in a listed Australian Company.
As part of the HRLT you will have the support of the Executive General Manager HR to build and enhance the overall reward and benefits strategies, framework and delivery for Pact Groups immediate business objectives and longer-term corporate business strategy.
You will lead everything from preparing board papers to the remuneration review, incentive design and the reward. More specifically:
- Your key responsibilities will be to: *
- Developing and implementing the Pact reward strategy closely linked to the business strategy
- Managing foundation reward programmes including salary benchmarking, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review.
- Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of data and the availability of key metrics and reporting to support executive decision making
- Ensure we have governance in place to control where needed.
- Preparation of insightful and accurate Board Papers for the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
- Ability to make recommendations around Executive and NED pay.
- Solid ability to maximise the value of pay and benefits in a factory context.
- Bring the latest market knowledge, including recent tax developments in relation to benefits and pay.
- Designing and implementing incentive schemes to drive business performance and employee engagement.
**Your skills and experience**
- A remunerations professional with experience anchored in large complex and geographically dispersed organisations.
- Experience in and ASX listed organisation including board pagers an advantage but not essential
- Highly numerate an commercially astute
- Well networked and with experience building and managing relationships with expert consultancy resources.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor qualified in Business, Commerce or Human Resources
