**About the role**

Are you a detail focused professional who loves analysing data and dealing with operational challenges We are seeking an enthusiastic and outcome focused professional to further strengthen our logistics team on a maximum term contract basis.

Scope of the role includes:

- Supporting the Logistics and Transport managers in relation to key Logistics activities including inventory management.
- Creation and coordination of device installations in consultation with Service team and Logistics Provider
- Coordination of new device run ups to ensure delivery and installation schedule is met
- Coordination of the refurbishment of Lost Sale, Short Term Rental and Changeovers devices in consultation with Product Planning team
- Attend and contribute to Project Management meetings where ECO/Installation Coordination and Logistics presence is required
- Manage communication with internal/external parties on escalations from engagement to resolution
- Proactively contributing to process improvement

**About you**

Ideally you have experience in the import export, transport or warehousing fields and you enjoy working out solutions and resolving issues in a timely manner. You are a team player who enjoys working with friendly, like-minded colleagues. You have advanced analytical skills and ability to use Excel. You know how to present data and you are a confident communicator. Experience in similar role within the import/export, transport or warehousing industry will be highly regarded as will tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain or related disciplines
