This role is a deep dive into the core of our AI.
Your mission is to support the team in experimenting with, fine-tuning, and analysing our language models.
This is an incredible opportunity for a candidate with a strong theoretical background to gain hands-on experience in solving the hardest technical challenges at the heart of our product.What you'll do:Assist in Model Experiments: Support the design and execution of experiments for model fine-tuning (SFT, RLFT) and other adaptation techniques.Data Preparation & Analysis: Help prepare and curate high-quality datasets for training and evaluation, and assist in analysing experiment results.Implement Model Components: Write code for specific parts of the training and inference pipeline under the guidance of senior engineers.Contribute to Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest research papers and help the team explore novel techniques for improving model performance.What we will look for:You have a very strong academic background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.You possess a solid foundation in Python and a deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals, probability, and statistics.You have foundational knowledge of deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.You have a powerful sense of curiosity, a passion for solving complex technical puzzles, and an eagerness to learn from a world-class team.Bonus:Internship or research experience in AI.Familiarity with transformer architectures.A completed or in-progress Master's degree or PhD.What do we believe in?
