**About the role**
We are seeking a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail to join our team as a Publications Lead. In this role you will support knowledge transfer and training efforts through the updating of routine publications per the client's operating requirements. this includes working closely with the program office to maintain the accurate change of publications ensuring alignment with program plans and schedules.
Your daily duties include liaising with stakeholders to support the sustainment and transfer of all physical and electronic publications, ensure technical information is clearly and accurately communicated to various audiences, including customers, engineers, and other stakeholders, all while maintaining compliance of commonwealth security requirements and export controls.
**About you**
To be successful in this role and to best leverage the opportunities provided by L3Harris, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;
- Prior experience in aerospace or Defence industry.
- Expert written communication and literacy
- Conversancy with writing and formatting technical documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with document control.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- Hold and maintain a PV Australian Defence Security Clearance.
- Conversant with succinct brief writing and data presentation.
