**What you'll be doing**

As an Analyst, Transformation, you will play a crucial role in driving company-wide transformation by working across the business to identify, size, and detail strategic opportunities. Working within the central transformation team (part of the Strategy & Transformation portfolio) you will support initiatives focused on cost transformation, innovation, continuous improvement and large-scale cross-functional projects.

Your key responsibilities in this role are to:

- Analyse financial, operational, and customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
- Drive the ideation, sizing, and execution planning of new transformation initiatives
- Develop advanced models and conduct complex analyses to support modelling and valuation of key initiatives

**You'll be great in this role if you...**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Commerce, Business, Finance)
- Ability to answer business questions using data-driven analysis
- Experience preparing presentations for C-suite, CEO and Board level
- Able to synthesize insights from large amounts of data that drive decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong attention to detail and appreciation for numbers

**Desirable but not essential...**
- Previous experience in the aviation industry
- Previous experience within consulting (strategy consulting, management consulting, operations consulting)
- Expertise in financial or operational forecasting
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI
