About the Role

This is a high-profile position for an experienced Business Analyst to lead our Digital Advancement Program, bringing together stakeholders and technical teams to drive transformative change.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and working with cross-functional groups to implement solutions that meet business objectives.

You will also work closely with our technology teams to design and deliver innovative technology solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing core systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering Salesforce projects and solutions, experience in business process modelling, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively across departments and with third-party vendors to ensure seamless technology integration and can manage competing priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

  • Gathering and analysing business requirements to inform solution design and implementation
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Working with technical teams to design and deliver technology solutions that meet business goals and best practices for system integration and data flow
  • Providing training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and post-implementation activities
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment, with a proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects and solutions
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud) is essential, while additional experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Agentforce, and Reporting is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions based on findings
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
