The Opportunity
The Department has commercial contract arrangements worth multi-millions of dollars with some of the biggest Australian and international organisations.
Our Procurement and Contract Management teams oversee the Department's most complex procurement and contracts.
This provides a diverse range of work and an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a unique and supportive team.
You will gain hands-on experience in process, negotiation, and relationship management, along with providing procurement, contract management, administration, commercial, and governance expertise.
We are establishing a pool of graduates for opportunities starting in early 2025, with potential openings over the following 12 months.
Opportunities are available across teams involved in major contract management, construction and road maintenance contracts, transport infrastructure project delivery, building and social infrastructure project delivery, and goods and services.
About You
We are interested in graduates who have completed a minimum three-year degree within the last three years in:
Business
Procurement
Contract Management
Or an equivalent/related field.

Salary
Year 1:ASO3 - $67,589 per annum, plus 12% employer super contributions.
