Workday Functional Lead

**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Workday Consultant to join our team, to lead the implementation of our Core HCM and Workday Help modules. You will partner closely with our the designated project team, our consultancy partners and the wider P&C division to deliver these modules. and configurations. Drawing on extensive experience with systems such as Workday or other HRIS platforms, you will implement best practices to drive successful business outcomes and maximize the benefits of the Workday Solution. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and efficient Workday experience across our P&C function.

Other key responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy Position Management, inclusive of organisational and supervisory hierarchies and other related data points.
- Review and refine policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the intent of this information being used by a Bot to support self-service.
- Develop workflows for key employee change activities, including but not limited to employee transfers, compensation changes
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.

**About you**
Ideally seeking a professional with a track record of successfully leading Workday implementations, covering various modules. You'll also be able to demonstrate the ability to working effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
