Workday Solutions Design Lead

We are seeking experienced Workday Architects to design and implement solutions for our client's digital initiatives in Brisbane or Perth, with flexible working arrangements available.

About the Role:

As a Workday Solution Architect, you will create and develop architectural designs that meet functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and define solution architectures that address both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to capture business requirements and translate them into viable technical solutions
  • Contribute to the creation of detailed functional and technical design documents, including application, data, integration, and security layers
  • Design and implement high-quality documentation for solution architectures, technical frameworks, system components, and integration strategies

Requirements:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday solution design, delivery, and implementation
  • Strong expertise in Workday functional modules
  • Experience in full life-cycle Workday implementation with strong technical skills in Workday module configuration and implementation
