**Bakery Area Supervisor - **Maternity Contract**

**About the opportunity**:
A rare opportunity for a 12-month maternity cover contract to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bakery department within a designated group of supermarkets with the aim of maximising profit whilst minimising costs. Ensure customer service standards are met, direct reports are fully versed on the targets for the day and that marketing promotions are accurate and merchandised to Drakes' standards.

**Skills and experience required for the role**:
Proven experience in:

- Supermarket Bakery department management
- Achievement of wages/profit results
- Stock management including auto re-order, merchandising, shrinkage prevention etc.
- A leadership role with evidence of coaching and training team members
- Problem solving
