**The role**
Reporting to the Group Credit Manager, you will join a team of credit officers and be responsible for credit collection within your allocated region, ensuring all account and payment processing is completed correctly within specified timeframes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Daily collections & allocations of customer payments.
- Bank reconciliations of customer accounts.
- Negotiating payment plans.
- Credit claims.
- Closing A/R ledger.
- Weekly and end of month reports & forecasts.
- General data entry.

**Success Looks Like This**
We are seeking to understand what motivates you, however if this is your experience, let's talk
- Experience in credit collections, ideally in the trades industry.
- Experience working with Pronto or Memento financial system is an advantage.
- Strong ability to understand and interpret customer credit balances.
- Strong ability to build trust and resolve queries.
- Demonstrated advanced computing skills including the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly the use of Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong commercial customer service approach.
