We are a leading food manufacturer offering rewarding career opportunities, a supportive team environment and continuous learning and development. Tip Top Bakery at Springwood is looking for Production and Slicing Operators to join our production lines with full-time and part-time options.

Whilst Machine Operating/Baking/Manufacturing experience is highly regarded, we are open to all applicants who have:

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to lift up to 15-20kg and are physically fit
- Excellent attention to detail
- A safety mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and for your colleagues
- Experience working within a team environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

**Available shift patterns**:
**Full-time roles**:
*
- Production - Sun, Mon, Tue & Wed (night/morning)
- Production - Sun, Mon, Tues & Thurs (afternoons)
- Production - Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat (afternoon/night)
- Slicing - Sun, Mon, Tues & Thurs (night/morning)

**Part-time Role**:
*
- Slicing - Thurs, Fri & Sat (morning/day)
