Overview

Tip Top Townsville is seeking Full-Time Production Operators to join the Townsville team. The role involves operating machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly, and adhering to food safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient operation
  • Inspect products during and after production for quality, ensuring they meet required specifications
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Record production data and report issues to supervisors
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
  • Strong safety mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift and move up to 20 kg
Rosters
  • Various shift patterns including early starts; exact rosters may vary by site
