Main Purpose:
Provide marketing support to achieve business outcomes by planning and executing marketing activity across all internal and external touch points in line with approved project and strategic direction. Coordinate and facilitate or internal and external business communication requirements pertaining to company branding and promotional initiatives. Provide administrative support where required.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and assist with multiple, concurrent marketing projects following the Bitumen commercial team direction and priority.
- Provide strategic input to relevant stakeholders on positioning, proposition and make recommendations on best channels and executions to achieve their goals.
- Coordinate all requirements for internal and external events.
- Effectively execute marketing and promotional material across all channels (i.e. social media, website).
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionally and coordination of the department's activities.
- Create consistency in look and feel, messaging and tone of voice across all marketing and communications channels.
- Proactively promote internal brand advocacy, encouraging positive cultural change and continuously seeking out new opportunities to get the people involved with our business excited about the brand.
- Compile and analyse data in order to accurately report impact and outcomes of marketing activities.
- Assist with any overarching global campaigns as needed.
- Effective management and accurate tracking/monitoring of marketing budgets (Australian and Global) — target vs actual.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Qualification
- Tertiary education in Marketing or Communications (preferred)
- Current driver's license is essential

Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 2 years' experience in in a similar fast-paced brand or marketing role preferred
- Digital and social media marketing experience
- Vendor/supplier sourcing, negotiation and management
- Experience in delivering impressive output that meets strategic objectives within challenging timeframes
- Experience in digital marketing will be valued
- Highly competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Outstanding writing skills
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Excellent search and research skills
- Confident in ability to take full ownership of projects and go above and beyond to produce outstanding results
- Thorough understanding of best practice integrated marketing communication and design principles
- Understanding of design concepts and file types
- Eye for identifying the right design aesthetic, based on knowledge of consumer behaviour, colour strategy and best practice design principles
- Capable of delivering quality marketing material within tight timeframes
- Ability to work autonomously with a high level of organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, complete projects and manage multiple tasks within a continuously changing business environment.
