We have a variety of opportunities for finance professionals to join our team on a short term contract. The positions will support a range of Finance functions including our Billing, Accounts Payable, Financial Planning & Analysis, Credit and Productivity & Realisation teams.

If you have strong attention to detail with highly developed customer service and reconciliation skills with an interest in Finance, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Support Finance functions with day-to-day administration, including data entry and electronic file management
- Reconcile and monitor client invoices to ensure that all bills are delivered and approved, liaising with the Collections team as needed.
- Support the Credit team with day to day collection activities
- Administration of e-billing platform
- Review and process firm wide Corporate Card expenditure

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum one year experience working in a Finance department
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Experience with CMS or similar Finance software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
