As a seasoned professional in the field of contract administration, we are seeking an individual to join our team as a Contract Manager. This role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of managing complex contracts.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring alignment with international contracting standards such as FIDIC and local regulations. They will also identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies, ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory frameworks, and liaise with legal teams, procurement, engineering, and client representatives to ensure contractual clarity and alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A relevant Bachelor's Degree, preferably postgraduate in Contract Management or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project/contract management of large construction projects, with experience in similar capacity on supply/base port projects.
- Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or other international contracting standards.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
