The Role
We're hiring a
Performance Creative Strategist
to own both strategy and client relationships. You'll run the creative process end-to-end. From research and ideation through to scripts, briefs, testing, and iteration, while being the key point of contact for your clients.
This is a
client-facing, results-driven role
where you'll lead calls, present strategy, and make sure every ad we ship is built to perform.
Day-to-day
Lead client calls, present creative strategy and performance insights
Research competitors, customers, and products to uncover new angles
Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs for UGC and high-fidelity ads
Direct creators and editors to make sure assets hit performance standards
Analyse results (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate concepts fast
Manage multiple brand voices and client relationships confidently
You'll need
3–5+ years in creative strategy, advertising, or performance marketing
Proven experience with UGC and paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
Strong copywriting and concepting skills (hooks, angles, scripts)
Comfort with performance metrics and testing frameworks
Confidence leading client relationships and presenting ideas
Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple accounts
