We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to build visibility, engagement, and community through creative short-form content on Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a tailored content strategy for the wedding/events niche.
  • Create, edit, and publish daily short-form video content aligned with trending formats and platform best practices.
  • Manage community engagement, including responding to comments, DMs, and facilitating authentic discussions.
  • Collaborate with wedding professionals and industry suppliers to generate relevant and engaging content.
  • Produce live demonstration content showcasing platform features in an approachable way.
  • Identify and adapt emerging social media trends to the wedding/events sector.
  • Track performance through analytics and adjust strategy for continuous growth and audience retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Instagram and TikTok content creation and strategy.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video formats and trend cycles.
  • Experience in the wedding or events industry is highly desirable, though not essential.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns.
  • Ability to build community-driven content that feels genuine and approachable.
  • Demonstrated results in growing social media accounts and driving engagement through analytics-based decisions.
  • Creative storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for broad audiences.
