Global Travel Coordinator

Job Description:

 

  • Our company is seeking an experienced travel coordinator to manage and coordinate corporate travel itineraries.
  • As a travel coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of travel bookings including flights, accommodations, car rentals, transfers, travel insurance, and visa arrangements.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless and stress-free travel experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Manage and coordinate corporate travel itineraries from inception to completion.
  2. Handle all aspects of travel bookings including flights, accommodations, car rentals, transfers, travel insurance, and visa arrangements.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the entire travel process.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve travel coordination services.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience as a travel consultant or coordinator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of travel industry software and systems.
