Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, you should be an experienced digital and traditional Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for preparing and executing marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional platforms with a proactive disposition. You will have an enthusiastic personality be approachable and adaptable. This role is working witnin a fun and fast paced, collaborative team team. An interest or experience in the Early Childhood sector is desired but not required. However, you passion for people will shine through and your desire to contribute to the company culture and overall effectiveness of the business should be evident.

**Day to day, you will**:
Leverage insights to develop and execute retention and acquisition marketing campaigns and media plans in line with the allocated marketing budget.
Launch green field centres to the market and continue to drive their presence in the community once launched.
Craft, execute and measure social media ads for optimal results including the use of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Adwords.
Work with Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to refine SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and improve online advertising results across the business, including link building to drive opportunities on-platform to increase enrolments and applicants.
Continue to maintain and develop Salesforce and Marketing Cloud communications and reporting.
Review, maintain and engage with WordPress and digital support agencies.
Maintain and report on the marketing budget.
Provide ongoing reporting on marketing activities for continuous improvement.
Work closely with marketing peers and Graphic Design team.
Adhere to and be a brand champion.

**Experience & skills required**:
Bachelor Degree Qualified in Marketing or similar and/or with at least 2 - 4 years working in a similar role.
A strong sense of business acumen and digital execution expertise is a must.
A high working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and general computer skills are essential.
Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal, with a high attention to detail.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills including the ability to time manage, priorities, produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines.
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Social Studio is desirable.
