Job Title: Software Integration Lead
This senior leadership role oversees the software integration testing team, driving exceptional results for our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a high-performing team of SIT engineers responsible for end-to-end software integration testing on games developed by the studio.
Direct and ensure procedures, tools, and test plans are in place and consistently followed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop an integrated testing strategy that optimises quality standards.
Key Skills:
Comprehensive test planning and execution.
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Leadership and people management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in software development and/or testing, including product testing experience.
Prior experience in the gaming industry is preferred.
Expertise in Agile methodologies, Jira, Linux OS, Windows OS, C++, C#, scripting, and automation tools.
