Senior Quality Assurance Lead

This role is responsible for overseeing the quality of software applications in an automated and regression testing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience leading test teams, managing testers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise to lead a small test team in an automation and regression-testing environment
  • Mentor and manage testers to ensure they are performing at best practice
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and implement testing strategies and procedures to meet business objectives
Necessary Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation and regression
  • Prior experience as a test team leader or manager
  • Ability to lead and motivate small test teams in an agile environment
