As the Regulatory Team Leader, Regulatory Services you will be leading, supervising and at times assisting Regulatory Analysts in the registration, accreditation and ongoing compliance to ensure residential services, manufactured home parks, retirement villages and community housing providers in Queensland provide quality services to some of the Queensland's most vulnerable people. You will be required to be an effective compliance manager, experienced in change management to be able to lead Regulatory Analysts regulate industries that are ever changing. You will exercise delegated statutory powers and be required to provide high level expert advice and feedback to the Manager including identifying emerging trends, escalating more complex issues and preparing reports, submissions, briefings and correspondence.
You may at times be required to travel to regional and/or remote areas. You will work in conjunction with other Team Leaders to achieve business priorities.
