We are actively seeking an experienced Service Planner to join our team in Blacktown and play a key role contributing to our vision of being "first in mind, first in choice".

**Your Key Mission**:

- Ensure highest customer satisfaction by efficiently managing available service resources and overseeing service execution through Technicians.
- Act as a vital link between customer expectations and internal resources, adept at balancing both to optimize efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer service requests and translate them into actionable service solutions, taking full ownership of delivery.
- Empowered to make commercial decisions within defined limits to promptly resolve any customer issues.
- Responsible for managing the entire customer experience, from initial inquiry to obtaining purchase orders, scheduling, service delivery, invoicing, and payment.

**To succeed, you will need**
- **Must have**: Service coordination experience with a strong understanding of all planning and customer service functions within a department.
- **Proficiency in**: Software like Word and Excel; SAP experience is beneficial.
- **Good communication**: Excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
- **Demonstrate**:a flexible, professional demeanour with a proactive "can-do" attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
