**The Company**:
The MAS Agency is a boutique agency specialising in all things recruitment, offering specialist recruitment solutions across all industry sectors, covering a broad range of job functions for all levels, accommodating small to large businesses across Australia.

**The Role**:
This role will offer you full support and the opportunity to grow within the business. You will have the experience and ability to build a portfolio from ground up and manage the full recruitment process.

We are looking for someone who has the full drive and who just loves all things networking and is not afraid to convert those leads into opportunities. This role is for someone who wants to be part of a growing business and is hungry for career progression.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting for new business and establishing new client relationships
- Market mapping experience a bonus
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Conduct sales calls to establish relationships with new clients
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from beginning to end
- Thoroughly understand client requirements and recruit accordingly to their needs

**You will have**:

- Strong sales / customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Have a home office set up (computer and reliable internet)
- Someone who can handle adversity and rejection
- Someone who thrives in sales and building a successful desk from scratch
- A driven and motivated individual
