IM WITH YOU is currently going a growth stage whereby we are requiring qualified and dedicated support workers to work with people who are living with a disability, as well as the aged care sector.

Our recruitment process is as follows:
1) Applications will be shortlisted

2) Group Interview via video call will be done

3) Job Offer

4) Acceptance and onboarding

5) initial training

6) Buddy Shifts

Our minimum criteria for this role is as follows:
** Certificate 3 in Disability Services / Individual Support**

** Willing to commit to this position**

** Reliable Car in order to arrive on duty at the specified times**

** Knowledge on computer systems for you to be able to do progress notes in our system.**

** First language to be English**

** O**wn car is also essential as you will be taking out the client from their home from time to time and attending appointments with them.

The client has expressed that they would prefer to have:

- English to be first language
- Mature age
- A deep understanding of quality to be a carer.

This role is ongoing, and professional development will be provided to the successful applicant.

Pay: From $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
