**Your Role**:
There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;
- Translating requirements to user stories.
- Defining the monthly release schedule for delivery team, in consultation with the Product Management Lead, Delivery Lead and development teams.
- Guiding and supporting the development team on the day-to-day program delivery
- Directing engagement with customers to ensure they are well versed in their needs and wider marketplace.

**Your Experience**:

- 3+ years' experience in a BA or similar role, with the desire to work as a Product Manager/Owner, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or similar.
- An understanding of how the cloud works, AWS Technology, Azure Technology, Corporate Systems, etc. "agile environments.
- Solid experience across product management, development, sales and marketing.
- Tech savvy and passionate about building products in an agile environment.
- A proven track record of translating product requirements into user stories.
