**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Would you like to be part of a dedicated and passionate team? A fantastic opportunity exists for a Client Support Team Lead to join our Commercial division on a permanent full-time basis at our Perth Head Office (_Boorloo Country_).

Reporting to the National Client Services and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Officers in providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal and external stakeholders

**DUTIES**

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

- Ensures team members are trained, supported and have adequate resources to undertake their role
- Fosters a collaborative environment within the team and with other stakeholders across the company
- Develops, implements, monitors/changes processes to support efficient and effective customer service
- Ensures all relevant internal stakeholders are advised of updates to client requirements
- Undertakes administrative tasks to support processes, projects and improvement initiatives

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**

You will be a team player who knows how to identify and capture business opportunities, present yourself in a professional manner and possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Other requirements as follows:
