Our clinics in North East Melbourne are currently seeking two Medical Receptionists to join our two clusters in the region. The roles are permanent full time positions working rotating shifts Monday to Friday, between 6am and 9pm.
**Cluster one**: Greensborough, Warringal, Heidelberg, Doncaster, Mont Albert, Bundoora and Eltham
**Cluster two**: Lilydale, Ringwood, Croydon, Boronia, Doncaster and Mont Albert
Reporting to the Area Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

**Role Overview**:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours.

- Exceptional customer service skills whilst showing compassion and empathy
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
