**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position Title**:Marketing

**Reports to**: _Marketing Executive_

**Hours of Work**: _Monday to Friday 9am-5pm_

**Location**: _The Hills District, Sydney _

** & PRIMARY OBJECTIVE**

Manor Real Estate aims to provide competitive services in the real estate market, selling and managing residential property. The organisation strives for local market leadership and is continually seeking to enhance its reputation among both the public and members of the industry for honesty, integrity and competence as real estate practitioners.

The individual in the Marketing role is required to contribute to the provision of quality services by providing marketing ideas and support for the real estate practice in a professional and efficient manner, which will reflect the company's reputation in the real estate industry. This will necessitate a high standard of personal demeanour including professional standards of dress acceptable to the company.

Supporting a team of professionals, the individual will be required to demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organisation's office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.

**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE**

**Knowledge & Experience Required**

**Essential**
- Strong administration skills - organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent levels of computer literacy and touch-typing skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Adobe Suite including Indesign and Acrobat, Social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
- The ability to create a positive, everlasting impression with the most professional, courteous and expedient manner and to continually strive for superior client service
- Proactive, punctual and reliable
- Well presented and well spoken
- Vibrant nature
- High attention to grammar detail
- Enjoys dealing with people daily and able to be tolerant of rude people - polite but assertive

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in a marketing role

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide internal staff with professional marketing support including design of inhouse brochures, quarterly reports, bi-annual and yearly reports, professional marketing brochures and signage, templates, signage for community spaces
- Maintain familiarity with office listings, including property advertisements, and be in the know of what auctions are occurring and what properties are new listed and sold for social media marketing purposes
- Creation of monthly manor news
- Website development, editing, tracking, improving and monitoring
- External signage creation, maintenance and billing approval
- Creation of new staff profiles in house and online
- Organisation of staff photos
- Creation and editing of profiles, pre-list and MA kits
- Creation of marketing text and editing marketing text
- Satisfy ongoing training/professional development requirements
- Provide assistance to administration team if required
- Take responsibility for ordering client gifts, seasonal gifts and promotional gifts
- Organise and run events with assistance from office manager
- Participate in key performance indicator review processes to establish areas for improvement
- To maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.
- Maintain a well-groomed and business-like appearance
- Tracking agent social media marketing in Excel
- Creation of agent profile material eg flags, business cards, DLs, reports
