We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who can own a portfolio of enterprise clients, drive adoption, and ensure our customers get the most out of their platform investment.INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:Own the post-sales lifecycle for your customer portfolio, ensuring strong adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.Partner with digital, ecommerce, and brand teams to implement digital shelf programs and drive transformationRun strategic business reviews with senior stakeholders to demonstrate value, progress, and opportunitiesGuide clients through change management processes and position yourself as a trusted advisorCapture feedback, surface enhancement requests, and collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teamsSupport team knowledge-sharing and mentor younger team members when neededINCLUDED IN WHAT YOU HAVE:3+ years' experience in a CSM, Technical Account Manager, or similar post-sales role in a SaaS environmentA track record of managing enterprise clients and navigating complex stakeholder environmentsExperience in (or working closely with) the FMCG, liquor, media, or brand/ecommerce side of businessStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage expectations, deliver on commitments, and adapt to changeExperience with media platforms is a plusTeam player who's happy to collaborate with peers in Customer Success, Sales, and TechIf you're looking for your next step in Customer Success and want to work with tech and major brands, we'd love to hear from you.
