**About the role**

This role aims to provide a positive customer experience and support delivery of quality care that meets the unique requirement of each client in a manner that is satisfactory to the client and compliant with required quality standards.

**It would suit a strong, customer focussed administrator with a keen interest in learning more about the community services sector.**

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide timely, positive and effective customer service to all disability clients when interacting with them
- Be responsive to all disability client requests for information and/or assistance
- Ensure complete and accurate client files are properly established within information repositories
- Undertake periodic review of internal/external client files and associated information repositories to ensure accuracy and compliance with required standards
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders

- Well organised; able to work methodically, accurately and neatly
- Strong numeracy skills
- Commitment to providing quality service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to show initiative and work with mínimal supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Respect for staff and client privacy and understanding of confidentiality requirements.
- Sound understanding of client confidentiality and maintaining records
- Knowledge of the NDIS, HCP & VHC sector would be advantageous but not necessary
