Join BMW Group Australia as an IT Operations Graduate supporting end user hardware, software, and dealer websites in a dynamic IT team.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining end user hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, multifunction devices, and mobile devices
Supporting maintenance of IT systems, software assets, and IT risk controls
Gaining knowledge in software asset management processes and maintaining software compliance
Gaining exposure to financial service processes across the full customer lifecycle
Collaborating with business, product owners, and agile master to document requirements for infrastructure projects
Understanding guidelines and policies aligned with legislative and operational requirements
Supporting delivery of innovative and customer-focused solutions to the business
About You
The company is looking for:
A recent graduate with a tertiary qualification in Information Technology
Aptitude for IT Operations and working knowledge of Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile
Familiarity with vendor management, risk and audits, and project management
Passion for customer focus and understanding customer needs
Proactive nature with initiative and accountability
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities
Resilience and strong drive to achieve goals
Creativity and innovation to drive new ideas
Ability to identify trends, draw conclusions, and recommend solutions
