Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining end user hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, multifunction devices, and mobile devices
  • Supporting maintenance of IT systems, software assets, and IT risk controls
  • Gaining knowledge in software asset management processes and maintaining software compliance
  • Gaining exposure to financial service processes across the full customer lifecycle
  • Collaborating with business, product owners, and agile master to document requirements for infrastructure projects
  • Understanding guidelines and policies aligned with legislative and operational requirements
  • Supporting delivery of innovative and customer-focused solutions to the business
About You

The company is looking for:

  • A recent graduate with a tertiary qualification in Information Technology
  • Aptitude for IT Operations and working knowledge of Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile
  • Familiarity with vendor management, risk and audits, and project management
  • Passion for customer focus and understanding customer needs
  • Proactive nature with initiative and accountability
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Resilience and strong drive to achieve goals
  • Creativity and innovation to drive new ideas
  • Ability to identify trends, draw conclusions, and recommend solutions
