Central Operations Graduate Role

This two-year graduate program is designed to help you grow and develop your skills, providing you with hands-on learning experiences that will challenge and engage you from day one.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Distribution Centres, empowering our store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient delivery of our products into stores.

During your time on the program, you'll work on real projects with clear ownership and accountability, developing your skills and expertise through functional rotations and a tailored development program.

In your second year, you'll complete an Innovation Project, where you'll work with a team to solve a genuine business challenge with an innovative solution.

This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership, lead large-scale projects and make a real impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the efficient operation of our Distribution Centres, ensuring timely delivery of products to our stores.
  • To work closely with our store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • To identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
