Based at our **Belmont **office, the Fleet Performance Coordinator is responsible for identifying, directing and managing fleet allocation activities that maximise fleet utilisation and performance levels Nationally and also deliver the best return on investment.
- Conduct fleet deployment activities to support the branch network in maximising fleet utilisation
- Regularly review, assess, identify and recommend actions for underperforming fleet, disposals and fleet acquisition
- Ensure maximum utilisation of fleet is achieved before purchasing new equipment
- Undertake administrative activities relating to the control and management of fleet
- Support the Sales team by understanding project demand forecasts and providing fleet solution
- Liaison with Regional Fleet Performance Managers in relation to fleet demand

**What you'll bring to the role**
- Hire/Construction industry experience desirable, but not mandatory
- A degree of personal and professional resilience
- High level of attention to detail
- Competent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem analysis skills and basic analytical skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office in particular Excel spreadsheets and Outlook
- Baseplan software knowledge, highly advantageous but not mandatory
