Sky Creative Team Assistant

Sky Creative are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to be primarily responsible for managing the dairies for 1 of our Executive Creative Directors as-well as our Director of Brand Projects. As-well as diary management this role will provide ad-hoc support to the rest of the department when necessary. This role would suit someone who has a passion for the Creative industry and previous PA/TA experience.

What you'll do:
- Proactive diary management - seamlessly organising and maintaining constantly changing diaries.- Organising Travel - arranging BTA's, flights & hotels- Arranging internal meetings and team offsites as required - venue, catering, meeting facilities, AV support.- Arranging, meeting room bookings and visitor passes, greeting visitors when required.- Holiday cover for team PAs.- Maintain team org charts.- Providing professional and effective administrative support - preparing materials for meetings, processing expenses, conference organisation and general business hospitality and managing internal distribution lists- Acting as a delegate for relevant Sky systems including Ariba, Spark & Sky Life (including but not limited to)- Team assistant support for PAs if required

What you'll bring:
Skills and Knowledge This role would suit someone who has strong administrative skills, enjoys responsibility and working within a team, within a fast-growing division.- Previous experience in providing diary management for multiple individuals- Proficient in using: Microsoft Office Package; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel- Pro-active team member with excellent interpersonal skills and capability to create rapport at all levels. Interpersonal- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); able to build effective relationships internally and externally.- Desire to achieve excellence, being motivated and driven.- Ability and willingness to take on new and different challenges.- Friendly, approachable and confident manner with a flexible, can do attitude, collaborating for success.- Proactive and responsible team player, taking pride in the role.- Ability to show maturity and initiative in often pressurised and confidential situations.- Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task, have good time management and an eye for detail.- Proven ability to work under pressure, to tight time scales and enjoy understanding issues and problem solving.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - using methodical approach to ensure all aspects of a task or project are anticipated and dealt with.

As part of Sky's Consumer Group, Sky Creative Agency provides Advertising, Brand Design and Broadcast Creative for multiple stakeholders across the business. We have recently integrated Sky Works, Sky's in-house Trading agency to create a fully integrated 360 through-the-line operation.
