**ROLE**

As Marketing Communications Manager, you will play an incremental part in adding value to a rapidly expanding business, taking communications to the next level. This Manager will join a team with some of the best people in the industry and implement a new "best of breed" tech stack.

**DUTIES**
- Build a communications plan that drives awareness, consideration, interest and action across our 4 go-to-market brands.
- Work with external agencies and manage an in-house Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist, to create industry-leading content across digital and offline channels.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to develop sales enablement tools to support successful new product releases.
- Optimisation of websites to increase organic SEO and CRO.
- On-going Insights and recommendations based on best practise and competitive analysis.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or re-discipline.
- Experience in an agency or Marketing Communications role.
- Excellent writing skills and a good eye for design
- Proven experience increasing paid and organic traffic and conversions s.
- Experience leading high-performing marketers.
- A creative, innovative, fun, professional and accountable approach to life.
